what info do you need? Vinegar cannot cure diabetes but I don't know what else you think it might do to help?

Have read many articles that Apple Cyder Vinager ( non pasturised )has the same effect as Metformin

vinager dont help ur diabetes
but APPLE CIDER VINIGAR may arode arterrial plaque,dissolve plaque that building up.....apple cider vinigar improves cholestrole reduction and immune function ....
