Nose mocus and knee pain

Hi,

I am suffering from a long time, and from time to time, of too much mucus and some cracking in the knee. And recently, from the last one or two month, I have got a cold and after it, I continued suffering a sort of rhinitis, with a huge need to blow to expel pasty mucus from behind (so to speak) with headache and I can't get ride off it. Also the symptoms of swollen knee from inside and the cracking almost each time I walk, they have become more noticeable.
What Should I do?
