Nasal Polyps - 23 Years Old

Hello All! - My name is Amaury, and for the better part of my life I was taken to homeopathic doctors, which always worked and cured all my ailments. Of late, (last 4 years), radical changes (moved around a lot and became independent) - I started going down the antibiotics/painkillers route. I am none too happy with these, and refuse to go down this path again.

The issue is as follows: I have, for a long time, had trouble breathing through my nose. I never put too much attention to this issue, until recently when my wife (just married!), asked me to go to an otorrinolaringologyst. She did an endoscopy on my nose and said I have little polyps which are causing this.

She gave me mometasone, Zafirlukast and Allegra. I read up on all three, and zafirlukast says you can die of liver failure, Allegra says you'll get hooked on it and have terrible headaches if you stop taking it and mometasone is simply a corticosteroid spray to make these smaller...

I don't like this!! - So I stopped taking all three less than a week into treatment.

I still have the nose problem and I get stuffy. No runny nose, the occasional bloody handkerchief (when I blow too hard and too often, and.. why not, when I pick my nose :) - The thing is sometimes blowing is not enough. The boogers are so plastered I can't get them off without my pinky.)

I am VERY interested in homeopathy as a cure, and obviously I am WILLING and PATIENT.

So, for any kind soul out there who might know the right path, here's some data:

What medications you using?
Currently only the mometasone spray

for what? So I can breathe. Only sporadically take it though.

how is appetite? Very good. Never had a problem there. Am not overweight. I weight around 176lbs, and am 6'1', not muscular, although I'm not skinny either.

I eat QUITE a lot, and enjoy it, too. - I watch what I eat. My wife is macrobiotic, so we're heavy into the greens, although I do eat meat. Very little pork, and seldom, but white meat, yes.
Fruit, every morning, some papaya, and I have at least one bowel movement a day.

what other sickness(small/big) you have lately?
None. Date of last cold was around 4 months ago, save the sore throat I feel building up right now.

What is typical? Used to be smoking. 2 weeks smoke free.
Used to smoke 6-10 a day. Had quit last year from Dec 05 thru Aug 06, started in Aug 06 until Dec 06. Haven't smoked since.

vaccinations?What?When?
Most ones you get when a child, plus I believe hepatitis and a few others. last one was about a year ago, the flu shot (which made me horribly sick!!)

what occupation you have?
Teletech Supervisor (call center)
Describe thorough health besides listed complaint?
Normally very healthy. Seldom sick, never had a broken bone, most always used homeopathy until started living by myself and started taking 'alopathy'.

What tempature weather you like? I love the heat. Perhaps a sunny 75 - 80 F,
and the minimum at night ideally would be around 70, 65.
What climate you live in? Mexico City. It varies, anywhere from 50F in the winter to 80F. Although we're the most HEAVILY POLLUTED CITY IN THE WORLD!!

Age? Male, just turned 23.

BTW, I have no idea what the abbreviations mean, like for example Nux I gathered means Nux Vomica, but I'd very much appreciate a 'baby explanation' as far as details on roots etc go.

Oh I forgot to mention! I have taken homeopathy recently. Calendula liquid, for sore throat. Helps loads.
And also calendula cream for burns and the occasional (very ocassional) zit, and so on.
