left ear fullness and psycosomatic disorder

I have this left ear fullness and pressure symptom occasionaly.
CT and MRI scan (BRAIN PLAIN)were Normal.

Neurologist told me that i have Psycosomatic disorder.

Whats this and any further medical diagnosis is required.

Please advise.

-how is your thirst, less or more.

- what other physical symptoms do you have.

- when does this symptom aggravate.

- do you like hot or cold weather.

- do u have any discharge from the middle ear, colour, smell etc.

I have normal thirst.

No specfic other symptoms

when i think hard ,or when i lay down and fold my neck to to degress(posture).

I like hot and cold weather.

My ENT was normal during the diagnosisi period and i still now i donot have and ENT problem.

Please explain whats this psycosomatic disorder.

I have lot of work pressure and stress.

iam home sick and always worry about my family.

i have 2 kids.
months back i was diagnised for fatty liver problem.

Endoscaopi result was --laxitus.
blood test sugar --normal
Liver function test--normal,

Billurubin and HBC ag--Normal.

Please also explain what is the cause of Mild liver enlargement

disorders which are a result of psychic and sleep related causes are called psycosomatic.

liver enlargement is generally a result of taking too much toxins like alcohol or spices or too much oily food.

please present all your problems so that the real cause of your ear ailment can be known.
