Do medicines for Acidity aggravate BP?

Three months back, I went to doctor with backpain, palpitations on upper left chest, in hands and on temples and mild pain in left chest that radiates around heart and gas in stomach. He gave vitamin tablets and measured my BP 130/90. it did not give relief. Again I went to another doctor, who told its acidity and prescribed dygene syrup and alprazolom tablets. Before this period and still I have been tense and under stress. It also did not give me any relief. Again went to doctor she prescribed omeprazole, alprazolom. Took BP (140/90). Referred to specialist. Got ECG, X-ray for cervical, blood sugar, cholesterol and hemoglobin tests, which were normal. Specialist advised to restrict salt intake and walking (I am 10 kg over weight). Started walking, lost 5 kgs weight, S/R diet and stopped smoking. There is some respite now because of omeprazole, vitamin E and Sorbiline syrup. But there’s visibly a rise in BP. It started off at 130/90 and after that 140/90, 170/80, 150/100 (was bladder full with urine at this time) 130/80 and the latest was 150/90. When its 150/100, doctor prescribed medicine but I refused and requested doctor to wait for sometime. In the meantime I would like to go in for natural alternatives. Doctor also says its generally high in winter. What should I do? Please help me.
