Brown patch photograh behind ear

Sir,
I am 31yrs old male,now last 01years brown small no of patches(not acne) started behind left ear& now increasing on leftside face. now some times eatching eatchinng.I have taken thuja every dose but no improvement.Now i am worried.Now i have started KALIARS 30 for one week.
Now i am suffring with chickenpox
