Making a homeopathic remedy from a vegetable oil?

Hello,

I want a little help if anybody knows.I want to make a homeopathic remedy from a vegetable oil.But all oils are insoluble in alcohol(making the tincture).Is there a way i can do this?Is it possible that however that the oil is insoluble in alcohol,by just shaking this i will achieve to make a working homeopathic remedy?
