chronic pain in neck, shoulder, eyesight failing and overweight

I need help in relieving the pain in my shoulder, I've seen chiropractors but it always returns, i am constantly taking pain killers. Also my eyesight is fading, foggy eyes. I can't sleep without help from the pain killers, i find it hard to wake up in the mornings without feeling drained. Also I don't seem to be able to lose 15kg's i need to. Thanks for anyone who knows why this is happening and any ideas how to resolve the issues would be very appreciated.

That said, I can not see that 15 extra pounds would trigger such problems as you have. Possibly a symptom of stress? Can have many causes, so you must tell me more about yourself.
