Supressed Grief

???

I have had a traumatic childhood and suppressed the grief all throughout it. My father died when I was 18 months old, subsequently my mother remarried to a man who I saw as my daddy. 6 years on they got a divorce, very traumatic for me - I didn't see him as I knew it would upset my mother dispite wanting too. Supression of grief for the loss of him in my life begain. My mother re married and I was very acceppting to this new man. Subsequently I have accepted all this, but now have a lump in my throat, puffy face and throat and is only better on crying. Please help me to find a remedy to bring out my tears!

Many thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
DEFINITELY DEFINITELY Ignatia. Ignatia is known for suppressed grief with a lump sensation in the throat.

Start with 200C. Take 2 doses 12 hours apart (one before bed at 8pm and again in the morning at 8am).

Expect a slight aggravation but you will feel relief soon enough.

ps: I was just prescribed this myself by my own homeopath. I felt utterly depressed for 2 weeks after the remedy, then suddenly it turned around and I felt 'free', finally!
