Potency for Gelsemium for stroke victim

I am considering giving Gelsemium to a 85 yr. old woman who has been (almost completely) paralytic and unable to speak after a major hemorrhagic stroke 14 months ago. Her initial picture during the stroke was of Belladonna (sudden onset, red flushed face as if about to burst open). She has not taken Belladonna. She has taken Arnica 1M twice, for the hemorrhage, however it was too late (2 months after the stroke) and she had already slipped into a lethargic state (Glasgow scale 10). She takes anti-seizure medication because without it she sometimes gets fits. She has taken Ignatia 10M three times to which she responds well, with increased agitation, opens her eyes more and tries to speak (but cannot). Only one a couple of occasions has she managed to speak ('goodmorning', 'yes'). The reason she took Ignatia is because the stroke originally came after suppressed sadness about the death of a family member. Also to ease the shock from the stroke.

I want to administer Gelsemium or Plumbum Metallicum for the weakness, lethargy and (predominantly left-sided) paralysis and would like to ask about the best potency and dose frequency. Safety first - I wouldnt want to see her Gelsemium-type symptoms get worse! She looks like she has understanding of what is going on around her and if she is 'awake' (predominantly between 10am and 3am) she will respond to simple orders to try and move her limbs. Her right hand and left leg are better. Left hand unable to move at all. She's had Pseudomonas because of staying in intensive care and that has been dealt with with antibiotics. Natural anti-fungal agents were given after the antibiotic treatment and she is now Candida-free.

She will often seem to be staring at invisible things in the distance, eyes wide open, surprised look, and not blinking. If shaken or spoken to, she snaps back to reality and looks around. She seems to be 'locked in'. In shock from what has happened to her.

When she urinates she makes loud groaning noises as if in strong pain, and blood rises to her head - but there is no urinary tract infection.

She salivates when sitting slumped, as well as when she tries to speak. She is fed through a tube.

She seems to have a very strong constitution (doctors expected her to not last 24 hours and she's lasted 14 months) and was a strong constitution throughout her life. Despite early childhood traumas (losing both parents at 10) she developed a very strong character ('leader' type), self-made, hard-working, conscientious, very much at ease with herself, and giving to people in need. She rarely took allopathic medications.
