Phosphorus is my constituional remedy, its seems to be helpful in my psoriasis of the knees and elbows. Could any body advise how long and in what potency should I continue. Presently I am taking in 30 potency.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
if 30c potency is helping you, its better to stop as soon as a significant improvement is noticed. ideally, if phos is your constitutional remedy, it will cure the disease gradually.

later, in case you find that the improvement has stopped, to continue the cure, you may take a few doses again if required.

Stop now. since some improvement has been seen. The idea behind homeopathy is once the ball starts rolling?- get out of the way and allow your body do what it needs to do .

I am also interested in knowing how to go on with constitutional remedies. If we think of this case of psoriasis. The remedy starts working after three days, but psoriasis gets worse after one week. Can you repeat the remedy right after the psoriasis gets worse? Some homeopaths give 200 c every six weeks. But is there a rule how often to give the remedy if the potency has been 30 c, once or three times?

A 'constitutional remedy' should not really be repeated more than about three times in the same potency. If there is significant improvement from a dose, but this is limited or shortlived, a higher potency should be applied when this improvement has come to a fullstop. If gradually ascending potencies given in this way fail to provide further improvement, or if this suddenly comes to a halt, then there is either something blocking it's full action, or the remedy is not the 'costitutional', and has come to the end of it's usefulness.

I hope this answers your questions.
