Remedy for numbness due to mental over-exhaustion

I'm a woman of 35 yrs age. I've a chronic problem of not being able to take exertion - both physical and mental. Eventhough, when I'm ok, I feel tempted to do lots of physical & mental work. But little exertion makes my system crash. If I do mental work more, I feel numbness in my brain. If I do physical work, my whole body muscles start aching so much that I can't sleep. If I stand and do some work continously for more than 5 min, my legs and lower back gets extremely painful. If I do hand work, my hands and shoulders starts paining. If I do work which requires focus for more than an hour, I feel numbness in my brain. I also cannot bear cold weather. My feet gets cold and doesn't get heated for long time. I feel extremely cold and feel weakness in body and mind. At this time, I feel my tongue is becoming very dry and pulling inside. After the mental exhertion, I feel that both sides of the fore-heads' nerves are getting dry and numb. I feel unable to relax.
I need a remedy to cure it from root. Please help and let me know if you require further information.

1. Describe your main suffering?
Stress: I cant not handle any kind of physical or mental stress now a days. I'm going through stress full condition

from very long time and now little bit of extra stress whether its mental or physical i can not handle any more.My

hands and legs get cold like ice. Mentally i feel a sense of numbness as if i'm loosing my energy and tongue feels dry.
Physical work tend to body ache
mental work like working with my son or focussing in any other creative work tend to numb feeling in brain(feel weak

brain power)


2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
1)Migrane ... i often have to take combiflame

2) my muscles are very weak from very early age.
I suffered from backache and legache from teenage time. Even then also little bit of extra standing or physical work

tend to body ache. I used to have white discharge problem due to this problem.

3)Digestive problem: Upward gastric which lead to chest pain and travels sometime to back also. Sometimes suffers

from constipations. After sometime stool become like stone and difficult to pass. That time stool is very sticky and clay

type.
Recently two times i had very cramping pain in my lower abdomen while passing motion. The pain was too sharp

and my abdomen muscle was throbbing due to pain. Just after that i had constipation for four days.
4)Mild depression

5)sore throat oftenly ...but usually get better after taking ginger tea etc

6)General having low blood pressure and low suger

7)little trouble whether mental or physical tend to insomnia. I usually take a homeopathy combination medicine which has passifora, kaliphos and avina sativa. It usually works

when i feel depressed then also i go throgh the same feeling of numbness in my feet and hands.


4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst? Describe the sensation in your own words.
I feel in a state of emergency. I feel i should got to hospital otherwise i will die. I feel unable to relax.


5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
Actually i have a excitable nature. When i am in good health ..i prone to take too many work. My creative mind tempt

to keep on thinking .. i feel can't able to stop. If not creative then i feel like doing many house hold work. I just can

not relax. Sometime because of this i can not sleep also. On the contrary if i'm depressed ... i can not do anything.

Sleep also get effected.


6. Which time of the day you are worst?
Not fixed

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same? Example-

time, temperature, pressure, rubbing, washing, eating, tight clothing etc.
I cant take excess of any temperature. I sweat too much in summer. Also i can not tolerate cold wind in winter. After

working in water my hands and feet get very cold and take long time to warm.



8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological

changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?

No

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
I feel worst in humid. Mild of cold weather is better than any kind of hot weather

Mild, nervous, easily offended though agreeable with love and honesty.

I feel ok. Actually i like also.

yes
- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?
i'm little senitive to smell like i cannot take sea food smell. i'm allergic to seafoods. I also can not take smell of tobacco.

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless: no
Weeping:no, i weep only if i'm sad not causeless
talking to one self etc?
I have habit of talking to one self from my childhood, probably i'm only child of my parents

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
I love honest friends and value my family very much. Children are my weakness (i like cute babies and puppies too

much). I love my son more than anything in my life. With my husband i have difference of opinion and an average

relationship.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
Fear: Not to face a situation where i can goto depression or health problem
My son's future

Dreams: I'm always struggling in dreams though not very fearful in the dream.
Also ... my final board exam is next month and i have not prepared anything.


12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
I like spicyfood though can not eat much. I crave fatty food like butter, pinapple pastry, cheese,(not milk

though),paneer, nuts like peanut, peanut butter, cashuenut etc. I like salads, chats and refreshing drinks.Basically i

like to eat ...
i don't like fish and seafood . In meat i like only chicken.
Peanut, chickpeas, peas creates upward gastric problem. Allergic to seafood. Alcohol does'nt suit me. I can not take

more than 1-2 teaspoon.



13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Normal

14. How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Normal ... i can not fast for long time. It develops gas, acidity and lead to migrane

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?
Alcohol, seafood

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?
More ..specially trunk and after than head

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?
Normally regular but sometimes constipated. stool type .. normal but when constipated ..like clay


18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
I have sleeping problem. I dream a lot. Just one after the another. I don't think i have any particular sleeping

posture. one sided either left or right.

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?
yes

20. Do you have any strange, peculiar or unusual symptom or feelings? How are you different from others?
not really.

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom

surfacing after the medication?
When i went for allopathy docter .. she said because of mild low suger. and asked to eat properly. I used to do low

carb diet before ..i think this could be a reason. I never took any strong medicine but because of my pain problem i

eat lots of combiflame which is bad for lever. I have little weak lungs ... feel stress while climbing.


22. What major diseases are running in your family?
Nothing severe ... i mom has mild depression like me but normally strong. My dad very mild nature, nervous but

simple nature

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance.

My height: 5' 2', sligtly overweight. I have more fat in trunk specially belly and up. Face round. Legs are

comparetively thin. Complexion weatish ... get sunburns very fast in summer. Get under eye circle in depression, or

physical health problem

24. If your menstrual cycles are not normal, please describe the irregularities, like pains, moods, flow type, clots etc.
Mostly normal, mostly not painful, First 2-3 days heavy flow .. then 2 days very little. Once in 3-4 months its painful in

back and thighs. It used to be very painful before having child. Very crampy followed by vomiting.

I forgot to add 1 point in question(7) i.e i feel good after eating mostly. That's why i eat too much now a days. question (10) my answer: Mild, nervous, easily offended though agreeable with love and honesty. Question (24) i have clots in periods
when it is painful

I have studied your case and would like to suggest you the combination following medicines, which will help you rehabilitate you very soon
1. Calc. Phos 3x
2. Kali Phos 3x
3. Ferr. Phos 3x
4. Mag Phos 3x
Buy in powder form and take 2 grain each in water or milk thrice a day for a week and report.

you can try the salts suggested above. they will be helpful.

if you do not get satisfactory results, you may try ARS ALB 30C for some 3 or 4 days.

take it twice a day and when you notice any change, you should stop it. if the improvements be partial or short term, you can later take 2 doses of 200C for a long term cure.

Thank you so much for reading so much of details and repling. Because of my health problem i could not respond to your post yesterday.

I have a question if i don't get 3 X can i substitute by 6 x. I order most of my medicine and 3 x i'm not getting from my website. If yes should i take it 3 times a day too.
I don't know the grain size you are asking. If i get in biochemic globule which normally made of lactose and they melt very easily in mouth. will that be okay?

I'm here with my report. As i told you before that i ordered my medicines from web .. so i had to wait. Meanwhile when i was suffering from numbness somebody suggested to eliminate tea or any caffeine from my diet. I did and i found that from that day my numbness gone. After eliminating tea ..the first reaction was hyperacidity and migrain but i decided not to take any painkiller and took mag phos. After 2 days got relief from my migrain completly. I am so surprised and happy that i found the caffenie was the poison for me. Now i realised that my problem is acidity which i am still suffering. I have found that the day when i eat food that does'nt make acid those day i have less body pain and good sleep... but again if some day i eat chick pea or peanuts .. i suffer from acidity,muscles pain, sleeping problem and mild depression. I want to cure my acidity. I'm also taking the salt recommended. but can they cure my acidity problem? I am thankful for your all efforts that you have put for me.

I'm reporting you after 3 days of taking carbo veg. Till now no help .. i'm still feeling burning sentation in stomuch area and now coming towards the food pipe. It looks like more than before. I have noticed that i also develop acidity if i take more fibrous food like whole wheat rotis etc. I'm generally better by eating non veg food like egg, chicken. Vegetable protein and fibre somehow develop more acidity. Whenever i had gas pain in chest before .. i was always benefited by single dose of carbo veg. but for acidity somehow its not so working.Please advice ..what to do next.
