Old cat with eczema, soiling indoors, halitosis, increased thirst

My 17 year old cat has generally been very healthy all her life.
After Christmas when we went away and left her with a cat sitter she developed eczema on her back and under chin and started soiling inside (she has a cat flap)which continues occasionally. We know that she is being bullied by other cats in the area and that she hates us going away. I gave her Puls 30c last week which seems to be rapidly clearing up the eczema. We bought her a litter tray yesterday for inside which she happily used this evening so this might solve the soiling problem, I hope.
Now however I notice that she is drinking more than normal and has very bad halitosis. Her appetite however is good. I imagine that her kidneys are starting to go - can anyone suggest any indicated remedies? She is a very timid cat, loves cuddles, sleeps next to the radiators so loves the warmth.
Regards
Paula
