Gastro Intestinal Problem

I am suffering from Abdomenal problems for a long time. I would greatly appreciate if a remedy is given. Many thx in advance

MAIN COMPLAINT
Bloated Abdomen with trapped Gas,Gas problem,constipation,
Rectal bleeding (bleeding pilesearlier), Anal itching, burning (intermittent)

PROFESSION: COMPUTER INSTRUCTOR

PROBLEMS(How long)
More than 5 year - Infrequent eating habits,out of home for a long duration.

SYMPTOMS ASSOCIATED Rumbling in the stomach, passing of gas frequently on eating dal, potato, brinjal

SYMPTOMS (Where)
Entire abdomen

PAIN IN OTHER PARTS Lower back, knee joints, Forehead, back of head

SUFFERINGS (When)
Mornings, Evenings

SUFFERINGS (Intensify) Gassy foods, empty stomach,

OTHER FEATURES
Dry mouth, foul breath, worts on face and body

SLEEP
Not satisfactory,

CONSTIPATION
Morning 3-4 times(frequency of stool)
Not satisfied evacuation.

STOOLS
Hard, watery,jelly like, higlyoffensive,frothy, mucous,tar like, ribbon like
