Alcoholism - Need Help

Good afternoon,
I have reading the related forum and I see hope. I would like to stop drinking on a regular basis.
Im 38 yr old female who eat quite healthy, takes vitamins and antioxidents.
I drink about 2-3 drinks a evening and maybe 4 drinks each over the weekend. Im not really looking for buzz or get high even though I fall asleep faster, Its just that when I make a drink I go upto my bathroom read a book and smoke a cigrette and that is my time cause no one bothers me (I have 3 kids) for the time Im there .Its my time peaceful and alone , no screaming ,running kids or my loud talking inlaws or tv's running. (Yes we are joint family)
Its a habit, I make my self promise every day that I will not drink but by the time evening comes around I do ,I donot think Im alcohlic yet,but maybe I will be one If i dont stop and my kids are growing and I dont want to set a bad example.
Please advise
I have read about arnica on this forum is it Arnica 3c or 30C
Dosage just 3 pellets in 500 ml of water and 3 teaspoon in a day ?? what if i get liquid form of Arnica then how much should I use.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

Dont bother with the arnica. Reserve that remedy for bumps or bruises. You could however try Avena sativa in a mother tinture(TM). This is really an herbal - get the liquid and take a few drops in a little water daily.

you said you are not a hardcore alchoholic and thus i would also suggest AVENA SATIVA-Q as what sycotic said. this is really a homoeopathic tonic which will reduce the craving towards stimulating agents like alchohol etc.

if the real issue is to have time for yourself away from your kids for some time, you can possibly do it reading while sipping some juice or something of liking.

Thank for all the suggestions, I was reading on the net about AVENA SATIVA-Q , and no where under the benefits its mentioned that it reduces the craving and for Sulpuric acid Q ,It is for really cronics acholic or Im confused now what to do? and while doing search in another forum I came across Syphillinum 1M and Spiritus Glandium Q, what do you guys think about that?
