craniopharyngioma patient 27 yrs needs urgent help docs

Hello All docs,
I had undergone a surgery for removal of craniopharyngioma(pit. tumor) 5 years back and afterwards trying testosterone-replacement therapy with sustanone 250 injected every 40 days.also taking thyroxine 100 ,wysolone 5(cortisol) etc.6 months back i got diplopia and it cured automatically within a month.now i took a MRI scan and the result shows that some lesion(s) is pressing my optical chiasm of size approx 2.5cm and i no way wants another surgery, earlier tumor had been removed through nasal cavity.from last week i experieance, when i move eyes,i feel like some sort of gap(an air something passes through) in my head and my heartbeats suddenly increases.though this problem is started reducing...I went to a allopothic Doc(neurosurgeon) and he said its due to cold, nothing with the surgery.
So Docs what will I do to get a solution for my probs,i am 27 yrs and yet to complete my Engineering papers 8 no.s due to the surgery during that time and feels some memory loss also.thanks all
