Acid reflux in 13month old, worse at night PLEASE HELP ME!!
I have a 13month old son, he has acid reflux which is worse at night when he has been led down for more than 2hours, his diet is vegetables,chicken and lamb.rice and avocado as he suffers severe food intolerances,he is difficult to wind, has tried gaviscon, ranitidine, and omeprazole, on the omeprazole he had side effects which was mouth thrush, worsening of reflux, and a cough,which is why i am turning to homeopathic remedies, we tried chamomilla and pulsatilla but nothing has worked so far,
please can anyone help i thought about natrum phos,
my son needs liquid remedies due to lactose intolerant,
He is never sick with reflux but gulps alot, his weight is good, he eats small amounts and often, we are waiting for an appointment for a PH study

Erin last decade
1) pregnancy normal no probs
jay was born at 34weeks
2) i was put under alot of stress at work through my pregnancy i was very down
3)birth very quick 5 1/2hrs no probs, ge needed a platelet transfusion several hours after he was born,they we're dangerously low, this was due to anti-bodies in my blood, was in special care for 9 days also became jaundice.
4)diptheria/tetanus/whooping cough/hip/polio & men c
1st on 28-4-06
2nd on 26-5-06
3rd on 3-7-06
booster on 7-2-07
5) no allergies in family i suffer occasional acid heartburn, i suffered depression, irritable bowel
6)very happy baby when not in pain, very sharing, bit clingy at mo
7)his sleep is very disturbed, he will sleep a couple of hours before he gets uncomfortable,he'll become very restless, gulps alot,sometimes it can be very bad,in more pain and arching his back,
8)worse if i do not wind him properly,slightly better if propped up in a pillow, sometimes a night feed will settle him,(he isn't hungry his weight is good)if i give him water he drinks to fast from cup so more wind)
9)not sure what you mean about bdy type
10)think he had reflux from birth, but got worse when the intolerances began,breastfed for 2 weeks,then gave powdered aptamil, few hours later he got diarrhea couple days after started twitching & went all floppy,dr's said he was fine, then got blood in stools,they refused to change milk,got worse each day stil wouldn't change it,2 weeks later & lots of hospital admissions and still saying he was fine and i was just anxious the blood,diarrhea and pain was so severe they finally toojk him off the milk,he was on saline drip for 12hours.the blood and diarrhea intantly stopped,
(all that was in his nappies towards the end was purely blood and jelly believed to be stomach lining)
i believe this is to blame for alot of things especially the intolerances to almost everything)
there have been many more admissions up till he was 5 months,he became intolerant to alot of milks)

he has had pepti junior a hypo allergenic milk, he became intolerant, he had soya he became intolerant,he had nutramagin and the same happened,he is now on neocate a non allergenic formula, when he started on this all his tummy pain improved and has got better ever since, unfortunately since the food intolerances began the reflux got worse, is slightly better but more restless at night
