Beating in ear

I have had a beating in my right ear for 14 months. It woke me up one morning & has not gone away. I have been to 3 doctor's & an ENT specialist & no one know's the answer. It drives me nuts.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
please describe your condition in details based on the following guidelines.

- describe actual sensation in your own words.. what it feels like.

- exact location, since when.

- what makes it better and what makes it worse.

- what other problems do you have in addition to this one.

- write about yourself, like your nature, mentals, likes and dislikes.

Dear papilio,

I also suffered from the same problem for some time.My heart beat was clearly heard in my right ear.
I was diagonised with hypertension (150/100) and the doctor told that due to increased intra cranial pressure, iam hearing the heart beat in my ear.

The doctor gave me atenolol(betacard) for hypertension and the beating problem stopped. Still iam hooked to the betacard.

Dear Rishimba,
can you suggest me some homeopathic medicine for reducing my hypertension ?
