Doctor,

I have Dark Circles around my eyes I started Masturbation at the age of 14 years I am now 27 My i have become completely lazy.Iam afraid that after marrige would this affect in reproducion (Children) and how can i become normal.6 months back i had Hapatitis A now its normal.I have a weak heart and my heart rate increases when i give presentations.Also i become so nervous talking to people that my lips start shaking and i compansate it by moving my feet or hands looking here and there.I am very nervous taking to girls i cannot see them face to face.My Blood Pressure raisies with fear too.I still cannot control my Masturbation thing.I am very much afraid to visit doctors.Please suggest me Medicine for my weak heart and these bad effects of Masturbation.
