arnica dosage

hi,

wondering if anyone can suggest a dosage of Arnica drops 30c as i'm getting my wisdom teeth out in 2 weeks and want to reduce swelling and bruising.

i've heard mixed suggestions, some say to begin 1 or even 2 weeks before surgery, others say the night before.
