Hair Growth

I would like to know what I can take to make my hair grow longer and faster. I read a few posts about Arnica 30c but in the remedy store here I see Arnica Montana and Arnica Montana Radix, if you recommend this could you tell me which is the correct one to purchase?

I am 28 years old no known illnesses, vegetarian for the most part but my hair won't seem to grow, also I keepp shedding my hair
