Dosage Help, Please

Hello Everyone,

I decided to switch from a liquid LM1 remedy to LM1 pellets. I was taking 7 drops of the remedy in 4 ounces of water, spun 11 times after being pounded against a surface a few times-- twice a day.

Now, with the pellets, I don't know what to take or how to prepare it. Should I pound the container, too; take one pellet, seven? I ordered both from the Hahnemann Labs website. I'm no longer consulting a homeopathist, so I would appreciate any advice about the transition to solid.
