cat problem...

Our 4 year old male cat has blood in his urine for 1 month.Since yesterday he hasn't urinated at all.My mother has tried on him different homeopathy pills but none of them worked.Does he suffer from FLUTD and if so, what are we supposed to to?Is it too late to do something?Thank you in advance.
