7 month old with bumpy rash and cold

Hello, I have a 7 month old daughter who has been very healthy up until the last week. I should tell you some info: She was born at home (completely natural birth), I co-sleep with her (and always have), she is not and will not be vaccinated. She was exclusively breast fed up until just over 5 and 1/2 months old, when we introduced organic steamed sweet potato, then a week later organic banana, a couple of weeks later organic steamed carrot (she didn't like the carrot). At 5 and 1/2 months she was 17lbs 8oz (a very healthy weight/off the growth charts!).

At 6mnths 1week old I quit giving her solids and went back to exclusively breast feeding her.

On Sunday I gave her organic sweet potato again once a day for 3 days.

This past week she first had a day where she wasn't her happy self (she is usually very happy and smiley except on Tuesday she just wasn't smiley). She also started with a rattly type breathing at night time. Then on Thursday night she awoke every hour or so crying because she couldn't breathe out of her nose so I couldn't nurse her. I expressed my milk and fed it to her with a tablespoon. By 2:30am she was able to breast feed from the breast, but became stuffed up again around 7am.

On Friday I started giving her one tablet of Ferrum Phos 6X tissue salts per hour 4 times. Then again today Saturday every hour unless she's been sleeping.
She is sweating during her naps (enough to dampen the bed sheet).

She also has tiny raised red bumps on her hand and below her bottom lip that have been coming and going all week.

My son who is 9yrs old has had a cold this week.

She also doesn't have any teeth yet (but I can see all of her front teeth are there and will come up soon).

I'm wondering if I'm giving her the right homeopathic treatment? I'm not sure if it's teething, a cold, or a food sensitivity.

Opinions and or experience that anyone could share is much appreciated! :D

Warmly,

Sheryl

I have been alternating the Calc Phos 6X and the Ferrum Phos 12X giving her 4 tablets every hour (except during sleeping). She seems to be no different (so far). She's had about 8 doses as prescribed.

It seems like she can breathe best when awake only. Her bumpy rash below her mouth and on her hand seems to be quite red now.

Should I give her the Calc Phos 6X during the night or will it effect her sleep?

Sending you much gratitude all the way from Canada! :D

The combination of FP and CPis very effective but I think if Kali Mur-6x is added, it will be most effective in all the conditions.
