Need help with diagnoses

Been having some problems for the past couple weeks now, i'm trying to get some idea of what it is. Any suggestions or somewhere to start would be much appreciated. Since patient and sympton information is so important i'm going to copy some Q & A I saw another gentlemen using.



1. Name: Jon

2. Age: 24 Years old

3. Sex: Male

4. Single.

5. Weight: about 240 lbs

6. Height: 5' 11'

7. country: United States, Texas

8. climate COOL AND PLEASANT

9. List of your symptoms:

a. increased blood pressure, last checked was 149/72
b. what seems like abnormal heart beat, sometimes fast at about 110 bpm, and when resting about 70 bpm however frequently getting single beats that are slower and much more powerful. really only seems to be a problem when i stop to check my heart rate. i think i'm fine as long as i'm not worrying about it and monitoring it lol.
c. stomache bloating. stomach seems to have gotten slightly hard, the muscles near the rib cage.
d. some chest pain, not angina but a dull pressure feeling, i think from the bloating. (no sharp pains. Went to the emergency room about 2 weeks ago EKG was normal and chest X-Rays were also normal)
e. Slight burning in the asophagus, perhaps acid reflux. Pepto Bismal seems to be a short term solution.
f. Loose stool for the past few weeks.

10. Since how long you are suffering for each complain: less than 1 month

11. Non Diabetic

12. Desire: sweets

13. Thirst - about 4 bottles of bottled water a day.

14. Tongue- fine

15. Current BP without medicine: 149/72

16. What exactly is happening ?: pain in stomach area, always bloated and uncomfortable. Dont enjoy eating because thats when its the worst. Hard time sleeping at night, always tired.

17. How do you feel?: Exhausted

18. How does this affect you? always uncomfortable.

19. How does it feel like?: Constant pressure in stomach and chest, much like gaining 5 lbs to your stomach only in a short amount of time. image what that would feel like and you're almost there.

20. What comes to your mind?: i'm 24, way to young to be having serious problems.

21. One situation that had a big effect on you?: An argument, much adrenaline... increased heart rate. was more painful then normal.

22. How did that feel like ?
um... not good :)

23. What sensation do you experience in that situation? pain, need to relax and change the topic in my mind.

24. current medicine you are taking?:I do not take any medication on a regular bases. I have just today picked up a box of Prilosec OTC however.

25. family back ground?: High blood pressure is common, brother is a heart patient for a birth defect.

27. qualification of patient?: college graduate

28. Nature of working?: computer work, 8 hours of sitting.

29. desire or like and
dislike of food?: anything that is bad for me basically lol

30. Name of foods which increase your problem?: food high in sodium. seems to elevate my heart rate further and makes it beat far more intensely.

31. Mind-behavior, anger, irritability, hurry, impatientÂ…and so.. on and how you are peculiar from other person, public speaking or not , you can describe all the detail about behavior, love and affection?: pretty much all ends of the scale here, can be very impatient or can be very loving when with my gf. pretty common day to day.



I dont know how relevant some of these questions are but seemed like it had decent format to follow. please advise in the matter, or if more information is needed i can provide. thanks in advance to anyone with suggestions.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
some info that might help, it feels kinda like when you eat a large meal and its sitting right below your ribs... its that same uncomfortable feeling. also the chest pain is much like when you work out your pectoral muscles for the first time and you wake up the next day and your chest is just overall sore. might help to get an idea of the pain and discomfort which i'm referring to!
