The ABC Homeopathy Forum

For Dr. Deoshlok Sharma (RE: "discouraged...sepia?")

Dr. Sharma,

It has been one week since i took Nat mur 1M. The first couple of days i had a lot of anxiety but i had already had this for a few days before i started the nat mur. On third day i was very emotional and since then i have felt much better. I also had an outbreak of acne on my right cheek and the left side of my chin just beneath the corner of my mouth. I had a headache in my forehead for 2 days. I noticed also that my eyes get very irritated and dry/tired feeling after any type of heat or from physical exercise.

My stool is still not normal. It's got an orange color to it, is not well formed, and is very inconsistent...never the same.

Also i started menstruating last saturday (2-24) and ended friday but again i have like thin brown mucus for past couple days that has been happening at end of my period for past few months.

Should i keep taking nat mur?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
PLS STOP THE NAT MUR AND WATCH WITHOUT medicine for 15 days and report me after that I will start new medicine.

Ok thank you.

Is it ok to take wine or caffeine sometimes?
