Resistance to cold

I am unable to bear the cold weather these days . I feel the chill despite wearing warm clothing and after covering my ears with a cap which is rather unconventional in this part of the country as most people move with normal clothing . I need extra coverings during night's . My thyroid tests have proven to be in order .
At the same time I cannot tolerate very hot weaather also . What is it due to any remedy please .
