Pilonidal Cyst - so confusing, please help

Seven years ago, my pilonidal cyst got infected and I had it surgically drained. Since then, I had one major flare-up last year and took antibiotics. Now, two days ago, it started to hurt again. It is not even very swollen, but it definitely hurts to sit. I really don't want to do antiobiotics again.

I've been reading through the boards here and it seems everyone else's cysts are either very close to the surface or already draining (I do have a very small sinus but minimal pus). I just want to clear up whatever is causing this pain... I found Salicea 30x and Hepar Sulphuris 30c at the store and bought them but not sure how often to take them... Can you please help?

Also, do you have any clues as to what might trigger these little flare-ups?

Any help will be much appreciated!

Thanks,
Mellie
