Hypothyroidism

Dear Sir,

I am suffering from hypothyroidism from last three years. The medical report say T3,T4 level are normal but TSH is mild elevated to level 10.The another test shows that anitbodies are present and they are slowely destroying thyroid gland cells.
I am also facing severe hair loss problem due to this.
Pls suggest some medicine to cure it.
