Sexual toddler

My 4 year old toddler who is getting erections. I find him rubbing his penis by falling on his stomach. Mostly in wee hours of mornings. I found this in him more then a year back.
Please help. He eats well but is very thin.

please try to find the route cause of your observation, it might be due to worms or otherwise.Perhaps he has develop his habit in innocense.

Since he is doing it in his sleep, it is in innocence. But I am a little surprised if he is getting erections.
Is there a cure for his abnormality?
He never complains about stomach pain or something so, I think possibility of worms may be less

Ok. have a deep observation and give him CINA-30C 3 drops three time a day in a little water and come back after a week.

Just an input here. The erection may be due to some kind of block in foreskin. So check this thing with your physician to rule out this cause.
