Strong menopausal hot flashes

Hello,

My name is Snejana and I'm 51 years old. I have had hysterektomy 2 years ago because I had a myom. I have had occasionally hot flashes since then, but they used to disappear very quickly. Since 2 weeks however, I suffer from continuous hot flashes (almost every 30 min.), My fase and ears become red, the hot feeling comes upwards, then I sweat and afterwards I feel cold and shiver from cold. I have tried Lachesis, Sepia and even Glonoine , but nothing seems to help. Could you suggest something else? I'm feeling very exhausted and I would appreciate any advice.

Thank you!

Snejana
