Please help, Foul Smelling Urine

Hi,

Have tried many natural ways to treat this but need help as it is still a problem.

-had condition for 2+ years
-very foul smelling urine
-urinate every 15 mins
-get up to urinate in night
-not much urine comes out
-have to push to get it out
-worry alot
-drink alcohol on weekends
-like spicy foods

Really appreciate any help on this!!
