Remedy suggestion?

Please could you suggest something for the following.

If I have to apply myself to some sort of task that includes physical effort, it doesn't have to be heavy, I break out in a heavy sweat.

If this in sunny weather I will undoubtedly end up with a nasty sick headache.

I think it is to do with being a bit plump but I have not always been that way.

Constituationally I think it is related to starch.

Is this in the Calc Carb zone.

It's the sweating like being a shower that I'd like to stop.

Slightly differently I have a difficulty sitting still.

When I am in bed I turn over and over but not from worry. I feel it is more a skeletal thing.

An imbalance in the pelvis rather than irritated kidneys.

Is this Zinc Aceticum.
