Urgent! Feeling very sick

My husband is feeling really sick. He has been more or less sick for several days, but this evening he is worse.
I can't figure out which remedy would be the best with the following symptoms:
- discharge from nose: hot, burning, feels like 'iron', yellowish, not thick or thicky, but is like glue in nostrils
- headache in sinuses and in temples
- pain goes on and off between shoulders, legs etc
- nausea
- feeling hot
- dry mouth, but not thirsty
- worse on left side
- wakes up in the morning with headache, and is again worse in the evening.

I think between Phos, Puls and Nux Vomica, but cannot figure out. Please reply soon!

give a few doses of BELADONNA 30C in quick intervals for a day and then PULSATILLA 200C 4 to 6 hourly for next two days.
