Lipomas and Sebaceous Cysts

I'm a middle aged female with Lipomas on my torso, arms, and legs and Sebaceous Cysts on my head. They started appearing about 12 yrs ago.

I've been obese for 20+ yrs. I lost and gained back 100 lbs. 2 times.

I've experienced some trauma which has taken a toll on me. If you need more info about the traumas, just ask.

I'm constantly inflamed. Recently I had a mastectomy of the right breast because of early stage ductal insitu carcenoma. Lymph nodes are clear.

I started bio-identical hormone therapy-Progesterone and Testerone in Mid December of '06, as well as, 2 Thyroid medications. I felt better, except for anxiety. No hot flashes, bowel movements good, cognitive clarity increasing.

Since the surgery my menopause symptoms are back and my sugar is more difficult to regulate, i.e., flushing and sweating after eating, flashing, and anxiety up the wahzoo.

I have Type II Diabetes, mal-absorbtion, no gallbladder, Fibromyalgia, some Arthritic joints.

Since Dec. 15th I'm down to 268 lbs. from 298 lbs.
I'm exercising gently since surgery was just 7 weeks ago. I eat well and will be a size 16 before the end of this year. If all goes well. I'm 5'8' and hope to be 160-180lbs.

Any ideas?
