Spondilytis/Back ache
There is bulging in 3 joints on my neck and there is degeneration in 3 joints of my lower back. Please provide us the remedy for the sameraghavapuram on 2007-03-30

Hello your problem is degeneration of vertebral column both in cervical and lumber spine.I advise to please start use of cervical color and lumber corset belt and try to sleep on hard bed.You should wear both the belt till your space in vertebral column is reachead to a normal stage.You can take this medicine for at least 6moths.Your medicines are as follows.1.Pichi pichi 30 take 4 pills 3tds b4 meal.2.Rhus tox 30 3tds after half an hour of your meal.If you feel severe pain you can use Magnesium phosphoricum 6x 10 tab mixed with mild warm water every 30 minutes but after remission of pain you drop it.Pls report me after 15 days.Thank you
