Meibomian Gland Dysfunction

I am a 26-year-old male and I am suffering from a chronic eye disease. And I also have acne on back and shoulders but not my face. Here is a detailed explanation of my eye condition.

My eyes are inflamed and red most of the time. They also feel dry and scratchy. I have seen many opthomologists and they diagnosed me with dry eyes caused by deficiency of oil secreted by the meibomian glands (meibomian gland dysfunction) because they are inflamed and the oil they produce is thick wich eventually blocks the oil ducts and the oil does not reach my eyes which makes the tear film unstable and causes the tears to evaporate fast. Any help from the doctors here will be appreciated

it is me again this disease is also called posterior blepharitis. It is one form of blepharitis that affects meibomian glands. I also forgot to mention that I am sensitive to light. Thanks again
