Rishimba, what dose should I take of the china and how?

pellet dissolved in water or pellets under tongue?

Regards

itssr20 last decade
please take 3 to 4 pellets under the tongue.

dont chew or bite the pellets. just let them dissolve by themselves.

rishimba last decade
just to confirm 3-4 pellets as one dose, or 3-4 pellets a day?

itssr20 last decade
one dose consists of 3 to 4 pellets.

I have been taking China 30C for the last week and it has not helped w/ my sweating and social anxiety problem.

I've been reading materia medica online and felt that PHOS AC matched me well. I might try it.

What do you think?

itssr20 last decade
the next closest is PHOS.

please take 3 doses of PHOSPHORUS 200C at 6 hours interval on a single day.

you should not take any further doses till you find that the changes have stabilised. so wait for 10 days.

if there is absolutely no change felt, you need not continue.

Dear dr. rishimba
Phos. is well selected remedy I agree with you, however, it think if it is taken twice a week with a gap of 4 days (it will be more beneficial to the patient.

dr.mahfooz, this initial dose is just to give a kick start to the reaction in the body. once the reaction is started, a sustained dose of phos once a week will see the end to the problem.

Thank you very much for guiding me dr. rishimba.

Thank you Dr. Rishimba, I just received PHOS in the mail today so I will try it and post my results .

itssr20 last decade
Dr. Rishimba,

It has been approx. 8 days since I took PHOS 200c, and I haven't felt any change yet, although it is difficult to notice a change b/c I got a cold this past week, and my recurrent symptoms of mono came back, and my sweating usually is worse then.

In hindsight I do think that China 30c did help a little bit w/ my sweating problem, would it be recommended to try China in a stronger potency-200c or higher? (if I do not notice any change from the PHOS)

Regards

itssr20 last decade
yes, definitely. i was infact anticipating that some improvement would take place with CHINA 30C as this was a close match to your symptoms.

please take CHINA 200C one dose a day for some days and note your improvements. stop when you feel a significant improvement has been made.

rishimba last decade
Thank you again for sharing your knowledge Dr. Rishimba. I started my first dose today of CHINA 200C, and I will continue for some days and post my results.

Will CHINA 200C help my mononucleosis? Or is there another remedy I can take when I have outbreaks of (sore throat, fatigue, anxiety, depression) as I have been suffering with this disease for 9 months!!

Also will garlic, onions, lemon, lime, hot peppers antidote my remedy?

Regards

Dr. Rishimba (or any knowlegdeable source),

It has been 5 days since I started CHINA 200C one dose a day

Please advise
