Pectus excavatum in 1 Year old

I have a child 1 year old with pectus excavatum and low muscle tonus (born March, 16, 2006).
Pregnancy was in order. When I was pregnant 18 weeks, amniocentesis was done.
Birth:
Born in 39th week. Weight 3 kg, 48 cm. I gave her birth very quickly. She was born with Apgar scores 10/10. Since I have trombophillia I was receiving Fragmin injections during 3 days after the birth and Intrapartus (during the birth) I was given Soludex, both blood thinners as tromboprophilaxis.

She has upon her left eye, on her eyelid, red birth mark –stroke bite (also on the back of her head near a neck). She came home from the hospital with an eye infection (yellow pus in both eyes). Treated with antibiotics (cream). 1 week later she developed candida yeast in her mouth. She was very sensitive to noise. Curiously, she gained quickly, 3 days after the birth, her initial birth weight and further on she gained nicely on her weight (when she was 3 months old 5,7 kg and 58 cm, and she had 6,9kg and 65 cm when she was 6 months old). Only breastfed during first 6 months. Later I introduced in her diet ruits, vegetables, later on meat too.
Tremendous colics started when she was 3 weeks old and lasted up to her 3 months.

When she was 5 months old, we discovered muscle hypotonus which caused motor delayes (weak head control mostly), and brain ultrasound showed hypoxic-ishemic brain changes, maybe as the bleeding result after the birth or even more possible from some accident in utero. Brain changes visible more on the left side of the brain.

Otherwise she was a round, healthy baby until September (6 months old) when her 2,5 years old brother started to go to a kindergarden.
Then started frequent respiratory problems (mostly viruses but with complications turned into a spastic bronchitis, rhinopharyngitis, pnemococus, etc.) and she did not put any weight until December (then she weighted 7,2kg and 69cm). Her stature became small. She has from October until now productive cough (but does not expectorate) especially every morning upon awakening and riseing . I hear every morning rattling moucus in her lungs.

Her mental status is OK – normal, curious, playfull. She speaks (some words like MUM, DAD, bye-bye, chicken, etc)

Mentally she was very dependant baby - when she was younger, before she could sit up (until she was 8 months old) she would not leave me, cried if anyone else would hold her, looked at her and she wanted to be held. When she became more mobile, she communicated better with the rest of the world and showed her curiosity by leaving me and exploring. Yet, she does not like strangers even now and tries to run away from people she does not know.
Very obstinate, refuses strongly physioterapy exercicse – by crying, struggling and even biteing (physioterapeuts). She bites me, too, when angry. Biteing started when she started physiotherapy – 8 months old.
I noticed for the first time pectus excavatum in October (when she was 7 months old), she has a big round belly.
She started to eat better when her brother was temporarily redrawn from kindergarden from December till March (both were healthier). He went two weeks ago and both started with a cold (running noses, productive cough)
Looking at her and her measures (now 8,2 kg, 69 cm and 47 cm head) it is noticeable that only her head is big enough, she is much smaller than other kids of her age.

There is one strange thing with her dentition. Before any tooth appeared the salivation was incredible – so much saliva that I feared that she will dehydrate. That lasted for one month. Then her first two teeth appeared, ( in September, 6 months old) , the gap beetween two of them was 15 days. Than two others in October, the gap was 10 days . And then from October until February – no new teeth, as if they stopped to come out and no salivation (rickets?)
I introduced D vitamin in her diet in February and finnaly they started to show up, salivation appeared again, but not as it was in August. The gap beetween 5th and 6th toooth more than 20 days.
Also I noticed that the second and the third teeth (Up: 1 left, 1 right) have some yellowish colour on them. As they now further are coming out - the colour become normal.

I do not know is it relevant but I notice that suture occipitale (I think that anatomically is correct) is very remarkable, (down on the back of her head), like it is going slightly inwards.

Sleeping:
Mostly in a position on her belly, sometimes in medorhinum position, sometimes on her back. Often she sits up in her sleep for a few seconds. She nurses more than 4-5 times during night. She sleeps with me.
While sleeping she often makes tongue movement as if she is nursing (when she is not nursing). She cries in the night, mostly at the beginning (1-2 hours after falling asleep – between 9-11 p.m.)
I would say she is hot. Sometimes perspire on her head. Does not like to be covered.

Vaccination;
In hospital immidiately after the birth – against tuberculosis. When she was 3 months old first „5 in 1“(diphteria, tetanus, polio, HiB, pertusis), second one; when she was 4,5 months old and the third one: when she was 6 months old. I gave her hommeopathic vaccination in February 2007 (30C,200C,1M, 10M as dr Tinus Smits suggests in four consecutive days: February, 8 -11).
Other homeopathic remedies:
In October one dose CalcCarb C30
In December: Antimonium tartaricum 6C
From February 22, twice a day Calc Carb C12 – till March 16
March 22 one dose Calc Carb C30
Currently she has some sort of Cold (Moraxella catarrh.) and runny nose (yellowish discharge from nose and eyes), wet cough so I gave her Pulsatilla 12X once.

After administrateing CalcCarbI did not notice any remarkeable changes in her condition: cough, low muscle tonus, PE.
She seems more open and more communicative than 3 months ago.
She is making progress in motor skills due to physioterapeutic exercices. Now she is one year old and stands alone (sits from 8,5 months, etc..)

Dear Drprodip,
I gave as You suggested - 3 days ago - Phos 1M to my child.

There is one new symptom appearing - horrible night screaming in her dreams with a refusal to be touched or carried. That occurs at about 11 p.m. and lasts for a half an hour. I worry....
