3 and a half year vomiting

Hi:
I have a three year and 5 month old boy, ate noodle, and egg last night at 9 and went to bed. vomited on bed at 1 AM. Yellow sticky thing and a lot of chewed noodle and egg came out. He went to toilet and his stool was very good. 2 AM and 3 Am again he vomited. This time white sticky thing came out. I gave him carbo veg 30 (which I had). He was trying to throw out again at 7 (but very little things came out).

After every throwing up, he slept. I am not sure if carboveg is the correct remedy.

The guy is a thin and tall fellow with abundance of energy. Likes to eat fruits, fish, meat and rice. DO not like vegitables. Not fond of sweet foods(Till now).

Please help.

Some stomach virus/flue is affecting a lot of children in this are and he might have got it from school
