Allergic Cold/watery eyes

Hello All,

From past 4 months i am suffering from allergic cold and i feel watery eyes always with itching whole body including the throat.

I always have a medicine LEVOCET, when i have this tablet i will feel better . but it will be only for two days , again i have the same effect.
Please advice.
Even in my some parts of the body this itching will make a color red, please help me to get rid of LEVOCET.

Thanks
Boris
