changes in 12 yr old autistic boy

My son is non-verbal, he used to have violent tendencies, has taken stramonium and belladonna in the past which worked well, in the past 6 months we have changed supplements, adding B-12 as well and the changes have been very good. He has not had the remedies in 6 months and when I have tried to give them he became worse. The last one he used was lyssinium 200c , He stopped biting his fingers and hands. My question is ever since then he hasn't been violent, very sweet but now he's very passive, covers his head all the time, is scared to come out of his room, he doesn;t want to be near people, He sleeps with the pillows over his head very tightly, goes to the bathroom with a towel over his head, walks through the house covering his ears with the pillow over his head. He's urinating in his room or just sitting on ;his bed in his pants. He's non-verbal and he acts like everything hurts his ears, any small noise or conversation. He's very obese even though he doesn't eat much, he ends up playing or smushing most of his food. Any suggestions would be helpful, His regular homeopath wasnt; sure what to do. Thank you Sherry

see the difference after a week.
