Help required for Swollen Lymph nodes on neck

Hi,
For the past 9 months or so, I have swollen lymph nodes on the left side of my neck.

I had undergone a dental surgery last month and since then, they have started paining. Painkillers relieve the pain a lot.

Also I have started to show the symptoms like pain behind eyes, in the year and in the upper part of the nose.

I was advised to go for Blood Test and Mantoux Test. Mantoux test was normal with no TB infection detected. Below is the blood test report:

Haemoglobin - 15.0gm/dl(13.0-18.0)
TLC - 11900 /cumm (4000 - 11000)
Neutrophil - 71%(45-75)
Lymphocyte - 28% (20-45)
Eosinophil - 1% (2-6)

Erythrocyte Sed. Rate - 6mm/1st hr (Upto 9)

I was advised to take Calcarea Carbonica 200 for three times a day. Please advice me as it is not helping in relieving the symptoms.

Regards,
Himanshu

Dear Dr. Deoshlok,

Thanks for the response. I have started taking Calc Carb 200 and Calc Flour as specified.

Can you please tell me the diagnosis which you have done?

Also these days I feel a considerable amount of pain in my lymph nodes which hinder my neck movement due to pain...

Regards,
Himanshu
