I needed to know if it is safe to combine homeopathy and allopathy.

You can use as a co-medicine and while you will feel better from your suffering,you should lower the dosages of allopathic medicine(Please see the the book of approved pharmaceuticals of Dr.Willmar Schwabe,Germany page 22)thank you for your question
