treatment with carcinosin

I'm not clear about the doses and how many times to use this remedy and where to buy this? Are there any side affects since its by prescription only.

It is very good medicine having no any side effect. this medicine is avliable every where. This medicine will now a days used in cancer, nero fibroma,aids,abseces, allergic, asthma, attention dficit syndrom, autism, cirrhosis, Diabetes, down's ssyndrom, emaciation, fatigue, chornic fibromalgia, fright, grief, hepatitis, hormonal imbalance......so on....
