shortness of breath and reflux

Hi I have had this problem since june i woke-up feeling short of breath and chest pain. I am a 34 year old women with a feeling of something stuck in my throat and, when i cough that it burns. I have constant pressure in my ears and bloating in my upper abdomen. If anybody can give some helpful thoughts it would be great thanks.

Please give full details, however, for quick relief I would suggest you Carboveg-30c thrice a day for w/3 days.

i updated my post but it will not show for some reason. I have as follows:
-shortness of breath like i can't get that extra breath
-upper abdomen swallon
-feeling like something is stuck in my troat when swallowing anything
-chest pain like someone is sighting on my chest
-pressure in ears
I have had this since june and woke up this way i am 34 year old female. I had 2 endoscopies wich showed gastritis,some reflux,and my duedonem was red and inflammed.I have had a monometry normal,ct normal,sonogram normal,swallow bariam study showed a small haital hernia. I am on aciphex 20mg 2x per day and have tried every other reflux med on the market and nothing seems to help. How could someone of my age wake-up this way???
