one scalp psoriasis spot

Dear all I need some help with the following:
After hearing that the itchy "thing" I have (one spot) on my scalp right above my left side neck, is psoriasis, and reading about it, I am very concern to eliminate this for good. I can't look my self how it looks, but I do know from other's eyes is that at some point is very red, then flaky, then 2 weeks a go it turned brown, and yesterday was red agin, today after applyiung Tea tree oil which right now is the only relif to the itchiness, is very flaky. What should I take?
and furher this spot evolved about 2 months ago, and I thought it was the last spot of pytorreasis rosea, I has a lot of neck stifnes for a while down to my hands, still I am quite stiff a gain, lthough it improved a lot doing Qigong-taiji. I am just curious if this could also mean I have arthritis now?!
Please adivicee me what to do, what to take, what to eat? Do you think I should just do a diet first and see if it flies away, or should I take homeopathic medice, sulphur or graphite?
thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
you have to read more about the remedies in order to find which one is good for you. for psoriasis ...the homeoapthy has a lot of remedies....so I advise you to find a good homeopath, or to post here more of your symptoms, like...what do you like to eat, what you dislike, what kind of person you are , if you have other symptoms or old illnesses, when your symptoms are better or worse etc.
if somebody will take your case, you have to give him a lot of information about yourself.

meanwhile, you can read this:

or this: http://www.drlockie.com/

(press the small bottle for Diseases chapter and look for psoriasis on the subchapter Skin, Nails&Hair....)

good luck!
