Pain in upper left abdomen .

I have been having pain in left side abdomen for the last 2 days . It is mild and feel lot of tenderness . Also I am feeling pain in my both eyelids and hazziness . Could anyone please advise me some medication . I have been taking some over the counter ache and pain homeopathic medicine.

That area has two possibbilites:

Enlarged spleen
Intestinal blockage

So .....better get it examined to know exactly what is the cause.

Then more suggetions can be given.
