This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Dear seara,

If your friend seriously want to reduce her weight then she have to skip her breakfast and lunch both and only have dinner with very little amount with no fats in its. Whole day she have to live with liquor food like soup, fruits juicy items, salad etc. she have to strictly stop her breakfast n lunch. And start taking phytolycca Berry tablets 3x thrice a day till in her empty stomach at least till 3 months... If she walks with my advice then I am 101% sure she will reduce a lot. This miracle will happen only if she wants! And take my advice.

Skipping meals will help in the short term, but in the long term will result in your friend's metabolism slowing down, meaning that she puts on weight much easier.

What she really needs is excersize. She doesn't have to start running marathons, but walking to the shops rather than driving etc would help a lot.

The trick is to stop ALL carbohydrates. No rice, no roti, chapathi etc.

Take plenty of soups (not juices), moderate amounts of protein food like pulses, fish, chicken etc.

Never stay hungry. Keep taking soup whenever you feel hungry. Avoid dairy products totally.

You will see a difference within 2 weeks.

hi i would like to tell you that
your weight gain depends upon the calorie in take not the food
if you are a sedentary life dweller your calorie intake should be around 2000-2,200kcal

i would like to suggest that your dietary habits are erratic you cannot avoidfats completely , because this may result in malabsorption of some important vitamins,
you also need some carbohydrate for energy , so you cannot really avoid it , proteins for all metabolic functions

one more doubt does your friend has any gynec or harmonal problems

avoid coffee, sugar if u want have tea have black tea, have abundant green tea, have lots of water,
for morning break fast have a idly ,dosa,or bread with out jam, if possible have ragi ganji with your break fast,
lot of uncooked veggies, fruits nuts and some fortified protein shakes ,prbably you might have got diet plan from vlcc ,
try walking, yoga luaughter club, steambaths exercise well there are some weight loosig drops in homeopathy ,available in top pharmacies try that

Dear friends,

what about the recommendation by Dr Joe de Livera of taking Nat Phosphoricum 6x for Obesity ?

Any confirmation of the treatment two years after?

Another times I have read Nat phos 6C instead of 6X

what is the correct dilution?

Thnks.
