(to Dr. Mehfooz, i read some discussion between dr. mehfooz and xiang, and im confident that dr. mehfooz is better for my consultation)
Sir, im suffering from sever depression / anxiety for last 7 years
2. I could not sleep for last 7 years, and have severe insomnia, even cant sleep at day time, and feel fear to meet people , heart beat, (her waqat ghabrahat rehti hay and cant sleep), no dreams no sleep, (matter is serious)
3. feel dazzling, unconcious,
cant walk properly, blur vision, always restless, no physical, social activitess,
cant concentrate , can face boldly to people even my family, cousins etc.
(often mis-understading with father , not much with family)
4. now im feeling half mad, memory is weak (nominal) , even forget what i ate at lunch, dinner
5. im also suffering for sever upsetness of stomach ( i think it is all due to dep. anxiety) , often motions, do not take due break fast, take some meal in lunch, hardly eat in dinner, feel some sounds in belly (i think intestines)
i think intestines or inactive , no food make any positive change in my body, (physical nurishment)
6. recently peptical ulcer is diagnosed in endoscopy
(duodenal ulcer) according to reports stomach is normal,
duodenal ucler D1 & D2 (Dont know about it may be intestines *.. acording to rep) with helibacter-pylori,
7. used medicines but if i take medicnes i feel totally upset with no affective change of medicnes to my duodenal ulcer,
5. due to severe dep. and anxiety i have no social life, due to which i starded masturbation even i know it can create problem for me in future,

as i happened to read you post, some remedies crossed my mind of which PHOSPHORUS seems to be a good match to your constitution.

Ans. now my main suffering is 1. INSOMNIA-(for last 7-8 years): severe insomnia (now dont know what is the taste of
sleep/dream), cant sleep for several days, after several days i slighly sleep for few hours (4 to 5 hous out of 24 hours)
2. STOMACH UPSETNESS (6-7 years): second main suffering is stomach is always upset, motions, soft stool, sounds (water like
sound)in stomach or intestines (i think intestines), recently duodenal ulcer D1 & D2 with helibacter-pylori is diagnosed in
endoscopy , (note)> i dont smoke, or not use any kind of intoxicants (koi nasha kabhi nahi kia), avoid to take drinks (cocke,
pepsi, tea, qehwa, but rarely take 7up,),no hunger, do not take breakfast, feel vomiting, nausea... (i think if i improve
this problem i cantrol my tension)
3. Sexual Weakness (4-5 years): i. my 3rd main problem is sever sexual weakness, as i said that i did masturbation for last
